Our team consists of dedicated individuals who are kind, friendly, and caring. Our staff is here to ensure a pleasant experience during your visit to our office. Our team includes experienced and energetic people whose goal is to communicate well with our patients and provide the best care possible.
Dr. Tatiana Steele
Dr. Tatiana was born and grew up in former Soviet Republic of Moldavia.
She was educated and trained as a Dentist at Kishinev State Medical University in Kishinev, Moldova. She provided dental care in Kishinev for many years until she met her future husband. She moved to Cheyenne in 1995.
Dr. Steele has been living in Cheyenne for over 25 years and feels that Cheyenne is now her home town.
Dr. Steele purchased an unused building in Downtown Cheyenne. After three year renovation, she moved her practice and opened for business in this unique building at the corner of 18th Street and Warren Avenue may of 2018.
Dr. Steele has two grown step-daughters and two daughters with her husband. Her husband is retired from the Union Pacific Railroad. Her current (fur) babies are her two adorable dogs, a Pomeranian and a Shiba-Inu.
Dr. Steele is well trained, with plenty of experience and very capable staff. She is ready to provide you with the best dental care possible.
Dr. Cassandra Hoang
Dr. Cassandra Hoang is excited to return to her hometown to serve her community. She graduated from Central High School, and continued to the University of Wyoming. There she obtained a degree in Dietetics with a minor in Physiology. After completing her undergraduate degree, she attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Dentistry to earn her DDS. She then furthered her training by completing a post-doctoral residency program in advanced general dentistry at A.T. Still in Mesa, AZ. Dr. Cassandra Hoang is passionate about helping her community and giving back. She looks forward to providing her patients with comprehensive and thorough care, to ensure that all their dental needs are met. In her free time she loves spending time with friends and family and adventuring outdoors. She and her significant other, David, currently have one fur baby named Spud. Spud is a hefty and rambunctious corgi. They also love food, and are always trying new places, different cuisines, and fun recipes.
Megan, Dental Assistant
My name is Megan Ortiz. I’m a Dental Assistant. I’ve been in the dental field for almost 13 years and absolutely love the job and the patients I am able to help. I’m a wife and a mother to two beautiful children. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, camping, shopping and spending time with my family.
Jocelyn, Registered Dental Hygienist
Born and raised in the Philippines, Jocelyn came to the United States to go to College at Brigham Young University – Hawaii where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management. After graduating, she moved to Los Angeles where she worked as an Accounting Manager for a Public Relations Company prior to moving to Cheyenne, Wyoming where she attended LCCC and obtained her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. Jocelyn has served as a board member of the Rocky Mountain Dental Hygiene club for six years.
Jocelyn is married and has two boys, one lives in Chicago doing Improvisation Comedy while the other is a senior in High School. To make a difference during the Covid-19 shutdown, she and her boys fostered and then adopted a beautiful one year old puppy in order to help out the Cheyenne Animal Shelter. Nova has been a great addition to the family.
Jocelyn is passionate about her job as a dental hygienist. Her love for people makes her job very enjoyable. She loves to listen to her patients and make sure that their concerns are addressed, that the best treatment is presented to them, and that the care they receive is top notch. She strives to make her patients feel as comfortable as possible and believes that each patient is important, special and deserves the best experience possible with dental health.
Angie, Registered Dental Hygienist
Angie Bannister R.D.H. Born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Proudly served in the Air Force as a Fire Fighter. DANB certified dental assistant. Registered Dental Hygienist licensed in Wyoming and Florida.
Lindsay, Registered Dental Hygienist
My name is Lindsay. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. Born and raised in southeastern Kentucky. I love the dental field, educating and helping patients with their oral care, and meeting new people.
Linda, Insurance Coordinator
Linda is a lifelong resident of Cheyenne and is a fourth generation Wyomingite. Linda worked for A.E. Roedel Drug Store in downtown Cheyenne until 2009. In 2009 she joined the dental office of Dr. Joseph Devine. When Dr. Steele acquired Dr. Devine’s practice, Linda joined Gentle Touch Dental and has remained a part of Dr. Steele’s team ever since. Linda is married to her husband Meng. Together they have two sons (Daniel, who lives in Seattle, Washington; and David, who lives in Spokane, Washington).
Zoe, Receptionist
My name is Zoe and I am the receptionist at Gentle Touch Dental. I have never worked in the dental field but I love learning new things and meeting new people. I was born and raised in Guernsey, Wyoming and I moved to Cheyenne in 2017 to attend LCCC. I have a degree in health science and I am currently studying elementary education. I love reading books, hiking, and spending time with my friends and family.
Jazmin , Doctor Scheduler
Hi! My name is Jazmin and I was born and raised in Cheyenne. I have been in the dental field for about a year and a half. Working in the dental field has allowed me to meet a lot of new people, learn new things, and be given a lot of opportunity. In my free time I love spending time with my family or friends and catching up on my favorite TV shows.
